Course Booking Terms & Conditions
Provisional bookings can only be held for up one week, a course booking form must be completed to confirm your course. 
Course cancellations must be notified to Facts Training as soon as possible. In these instances the customer may be liable for the following cancellation charges, 7 to 14 days notice - 50% of the course cost, less than 7 days notice - 100% of the course cost.  Where the customer provides the training venue we reserve the right to cancel a course if the facilities provided are deemed to be unsuitable for the purpose, in this instance the customer will be liable for any costs incurred and the course cancellation fee.  Our instructors will give as much support as possible to enable participants to complete their course, however if a participant fails to complete a course or is unable to reach the standard required to pass the course no refund will be given.  We reserve the right to withhold course certificates until payment for the course has been made in full.

Online Shop FAQ and Terms
Making A Purchase Buying online could not be easier, just browse our online shop and add any items that you wish to buy to your basket, after you have finished choosing your items just click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked to complete a few details in order for us to process your order.

Our secure online payment system is managed by Worldpay and is fully encrypted to ensure our customers card details are safe and secure. Even though our online ordering system is very secure we understand that some customers may prefer not to order online so we can also take card payments over the telephone or, if you prefer you can send us a cheque in the post with your order details.

When you place an order via our website we will consider this as an offer to buy. Once the order is placed you will receive confirmation in the form of an email and at this time we enter into a contract with you.

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched, simply contact us by email or telephone to let us know. If the item has already been despatched then please follow our returns policy.

Delivery Information
Delivery of orders to mainland UK are are free of charge, however orders to the following areas and postcodes may incur an additional charge, if this is the case we will contact you to let you know before your order is despatched.

Standard delivery charges apply to all of mainland UK except for the Isles of Man, Wight & Scilly, Northern Ireland, The Channel Isles and Scottish Highland & Island postcodes PH10-44, PH49-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS. For deliveries to these locations our standard charges may not apply and we reserve the right to charge a higher rate if necessary. We will contact you to advise you of an additional charge for delivery.
At present we do not deliver outside the UK.

We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days provided that all items are in stock. If any items are out of stock when we receive your order we may despatch part of the order with the remaining goods to follow. In the event of a delay in sending you your order we will contact you to let you know.

Small or light items are sent by Royal Mail, heavier parcels will be sent out by carrier and will be delivered during week between Monday - Friday, a signature is needed parcels delivered by carrier. Returns Policy
All of our products have been selected for their quality and value and should reach you in perfect condition. Should you be in any way dissatisfied with our products please let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue for you. If a product is damaged or faulty we will refund the full cost or replace the item free of charge and we will collect the faulty items at our expense if appropriate.

If you are not happy with a product or wish to cancel your order please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery.  If you wish to return goods to us please contact us to request a returns form which must be completed for any returned items.  We will refund your payment or exchange the product provided the returned goods are unused, in a saleable condition and with their original packaging and labels. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost if an item is to be returned unless it is faulty.  Refund payments will be credited to the card or method used for the original transaction. Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

Tax Charges
For orders to be delivered in the UK VAT at the standard rate is added.
